Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReplyJet ("we", "us", "our"), including our website replyjet.in, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using ReplyJet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and other applicable laws of India.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use ReplyJet
  • You must be a business owner, authorized representative, or employee with permission to manage the Google Business Profile you connect
  • By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements
  • Corporate users confirm that the person accepting these Terms has authority to bind the organization

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately at support@replyjet.in if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
  • One account may be used only for one business entity unless explicitly permitted under your plan

3. The Service

ReplyJet provides the following features depending on your subscription plan:

  • AI Review Replies: Generate AI-powered responses to your Google Business reviews
  • Review Management: View, filter, and manage all your Google reviews in one dashboard
  • Google Post Scheduling: Create and schedule Google Business Posts
  • Analytics & Reports: Insights into your review performance and ratings
  • Mobile App: Access all features via our Android and iOS applications

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

4. Google Account Authorization

  • To use the Service, you must connect your Google account and authorize ReplyJet to access your Google Business Profile
  • You confirm that you own or have full legal authority to manage the Google Business Profile(s) you connect
  • You are solely responsible for all actions taken on your Google Business Profile through ReplyJet, including published replies and posts
  • ReplyJet operates as an intermediary — we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC
  • You must comply with Google's Terms of Service and Google Business Profile policies at all times
  • You can revoke ReplyJet's access to your Google account at any time from your Google account settings

5. AI-Generated Content

  • AI-generated reply suggestions are provided as drafts for your review and approval
  • You are solely responsible for any content you publish to your Google Business Profile, including AI-generated replies you approve
  • We do not guarantee that AI suggestions are always accurate, appropriate, or free from errors
  • Do not publish AI-generated content without reviewing it — we are not liable for any reputational, legal, or business consequences arising from published content
  • You must not use the AI to generate misleading, defamatory, or legally non-compliant content

6. Subscription Plans & Billing

a) Plans

  • ReplyJet offers Free and paid subscription plans with varying features and limits
  • Plan details, pricing, and feature limits are described on our Pricing page

b) Payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Payments are processed through our secure third-party payment gateway
  • By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for your selected plan
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date

c) Failed Payments

  • If payment fails, your account may be downgraded to the Free plan
  • We will notify you via email before and after a failed payment attempt

d) Price Changes

  • We may change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice via email
  • Continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing

7. Free Plan & Trial

  • Free plan users have access to limited features as described on the pricing page
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Free plan at any time with reasonable notice
  • Promotional trials, if offered, are available once per user and may not be combined with other offers

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use ReplyJet to:

  • Violate any applicable Indian or international laws or regulations
  • Infringe any intellectual property rights of ReplyJet or any third party
  • Publish false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content in reviews or replies
  • Generate or publish spam, hate speech, or content that discriminates based on caste, religion, gender, or other protected characteristics
  • Attempt to manipulate Google reviews in violation of Google's policies (e.g., posting fake reviews)
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform
  • Use automated bots, scrapers, or tools to access the Service beyond what we explicitly permit
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt our servers, networks, or security systems
  • Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, software, logos, trademarks, and technology on ReplyJet are the exclusive property of ReplyJet and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws
  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes during the term of your subscription
  • You retain ownership of your business data (reviews, replies) and Google Business Profile content
  • You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service
  • "ReplyJet" name, logo, and brand assets may not be used without our prior written consent

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully to understand how we collect and use your data.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the platform
  • Accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
  • Specific business outcomes such as improved ratings or increased customers
  • Continuous availability of Google API integrations (subject to Google's own terms and availability)

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, ReplyJet shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of revenue, business, goodwill, or data arising from use of the Service
  • Actions taken on your Google Business Profile based on AI-generated content you approved
  • Downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
  • Third-party actions including Google API changes, outages, or policy updates

In any case, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ReplyJet in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReplyJet, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service
  • Content you publish through ReplyJet
  • Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
  • Your infringement of any third-party rights

14. Termination

By You

  • You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no pro-rata refunds are issued unless covered by our Refund Policy

By Us

  • We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment
  • We may discontinue the Service with 30 days' notice for any other reason
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India
  • Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation within 30 days of written notice
  • If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India
  • Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive relief from a competent court

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
